‘If Not Now Then When?’ was founded in 2017 by creative director and partnerships ‘dot-connector’ Rachael Hymas. It began life as a platform that focused on instilling the message that no matter who you are your aspirations should be attainable.
“INNTW was born through conversations with industry friends regarding the networking platforms available to design professionals. We agreed the industry should be much more accessible to everyone. Beginning as a series of casual design networking evenings it then developed into a company that supports both international design-led businesses and young entrepreneurs.
Rachael began her career as an Architectural Designer and has over 15 years of industry experience. During this time she gained a fully sponsored Architecture BA Honours degree and a Diploma in Interior Design. Describing herself as a multidisciplinary creative she founded ‘If Not Now Then When?’ and utilised her skills and extensive list of industry contacts to develop a series of well-rounded services for INNTW’s clients.
