ROSIE MAY FOUNDATION
During my time travelling, I completed a 16,500ft skydive and volunteered as a teacher for the Rosie May Foundation.
The small family home opened in 2008 following the devastation left by the 2004 Asian tsunami. The ethos of this unique, family orientated home is to reunite children in crisis, and to support and nurture girls, to unlock their potential and give them a positive future.
The experience taught me that I need to utilise all opportunities that come my way, as there are so many determined and talented young women who aren’t as fortunate. From this moment, I decided to focus on taking the risks that I am able to take and to ensure I always try and support others to reach their full potential no matter who they are.
